Modular Concrete Company (MCC) is seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team at our Al Hallabat – Zarqa location. This role plays a key part in supporting our growing operations by managing core HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations in line with labor laws.
- Oversee employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management.
Support performance management processes, evaluations, and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Coordinate with department heads to align HR practices with operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal governance standards.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management review.
Requirements:
- Human Resources Bachelor’s degree or any relevant degree.
- 4–6 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably in an industrial, construction, or manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
