In 2022, MCC acquired a state-of-the-art precast concrete factory in Qasr Al Hallabat Free Zone, equipped with advanced German technology, making it one of the largest in the region. We specialize in structural, infrastructural, and architectural precast solutions, along with construction steel fabrication.
In 2024, we expanded by establishing a contracting branch, providing end-to-end construction solutions from precast manufacturing to project execution. With a focus on innovation, efficiency, and quality, MCC is committed to delivering projects that meet international standards.

Factory Overview
At MCC Precast, we lead the construction industry with high-quality, precision-engineered precast concrete solutions. Strategically located in Qasr Al Hallabat Free Zone, our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced German manufacturing technology, With 8 independent production lines with 16 casting vibratory tables. And 8 production hollow core lines with four different thicknesses (16, 20, 26, 32)
Ensuring efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness. With a daily production capacity of 250 cubic meters for precast elements and more than 150 cubic meters for hollow core slabs, we deliver large-scale solutions that optimize construction timelines and reduce costs.
Supported by a highly skilled workforce of 400 dedicated professionals, MCC Precast specializes in structural, infrastructural, and architectural precast products tailored to meet modern construction demands.
